Ernest De-Graft Egyir is an accomplished chief executive who has garnered laudable reputation as a management consultant & an executive advisor to Topmost CEOs in Ghana. He is the Founder & CEO, of The Chief Executives Network Ghana, an Accra based CEO Consultancy Chamber that has become one the nation’s most respected consultancy firms, with the overarching goal of empowering business leaders through peer-to-peer advisory, coaching, networking, mentorship, and training to develop champions for growth and increased performance. 

He is also the Founder of the prestigious annual Ghana CEO Summit, the foremost business conference in Ghana. Amongst the key activities at the summit is the annual dialogue with the President of Ghana and selected Topmost CEOs from corporate Ghana and public setor.

Prior to founding The Chief Executives Network Ghana Consultancy, Ernest had over 15 years of an eclectic career experience in corporate leadership roles with some major global multinational company franchises in Ghana, namely UCB Pharmaceuticals Belgium, 1A Pharma, Germany, Denk Pharmaceuticals, Germany, and Servier, France.

He started his professional life at the the Korlebu Teaching Hospital.

He holds an MBA in Project Management from University of Ghana Business School and Bsc in Operations Management, First Class Honours. He holds other relevant academic credentials.

He is a passionate philanthropist and currently sponsoring number of University students from matriculation to graduation on various campuses in Ghana through his Foundation.

He rose to the occasion in the heat of the Covid crises by leading His Ceo Network in donating substantial amount of money in support of the fight against the Covid-19 by government.

He hails from Saltpond, married with Four children, Christian and worships at the Calvary Methodist Church, Accra.
