Four years ago, I made a personal commitment to adopt, support, and help maintain my alma mater, Saltpond Methodist Basic “A” School. It has been a joy to witness the school’s continuous renewal and the restoration of its infrastructure over the years.
By the grace of God, we have commissioned a modern 10-seater water closet toilet facility, which I had the privilege of building and donating as an old student. This project is a modest contribution towards providing a healthier, safer, and more dignified learning environment for both pupils and teachers.
Giving back is my way of expressing gratitude to God for His faithfulness and of honouring the school that laid the foundation for my life. I hope this encourages fellow old students and others to support the institutions and communities that have helped shape their journeys.
To God be all the glory.
